Terms and privacy

These are the rules for buying and showing an ad on The Million Dollar Pixels, and what data we keep. By buying pixels you agree to them.

Who runs this site?

The Million Dollar Pixels (themilliondollarpixels.com) is run by Mohit Gupta, an individual based in India. Contact: hello@themilliondollarpixels.com.

Grievance officer: Mohit Gupta, Owner (hello@themilliondollarpixels.com). We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

What do I buy?

You buy advertising space: a rectangle of pixels on our 1000 x 1000 board, where we show your logo, link, title and tagline. Every pixel is sold only once. You cannot move or resize your area after buying, but you can edit your ad.

How do I pay?

Prices are in US dollars. The full price, including any tax, is shown before you pay. Orders of 5 or more pixels get a volume discount (20% off 5+ pixels, 25% off 20+ pixels). Every purchase is a one-time payment, no subscription, no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.

Are sales final?

All sales are final once your ad is live. If something is wrong, contact us first: we will fix it, or refund you if we cannot place your ad. Details are in our Refund policy.

What content is not allowed?

• Adult or sexual content
• Scams, phishing, malware or misleading offers
• Hate, harassment or violent content
• Illegal products or services, or content you do not have the right to use

Every ad and every edit is checked automatically before it goes live. We may hide an ad that breaks these rules, including if its link later becomes unsafe. Ads linking to unsafe or illegal content are not refunded.

Is the ad permanent?

Your pixels stay yours for as long as the site runs, and are never sold to anyone else. We do not promise any number of visitors, clicks or search engine benefit. Ad links are marked as sponsored.

What personal data do you keep?

• Your email address and order details, to send your receipt and let you manage your ad.
• The ad content you upload (logo, link, title, tagline).
• Anonymous visit counts. We count unique daily visits using a one-way scrambled value, not tracking cookies.

Card details are handled only by Dodo Payments. We do not sell your data. To see or delete your data, email hello@themilliondollarpixels.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown here is the one that applies to new orders.
